DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All U.S orders are processed within 48-72 hours, pending credit card and address verification, and are shipped on Mondays and Fridays. Once your order has shipped, we shall send a confirmation email with tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. All orders placed on Friday, shall be shipped the following Monday.

We offer FedEx and UPS shipping options. Carrier will depend on the item size, weight, and shipping location. Larger items may require that we make special arrangements with you to ensure safe arrival. For any special shipping arrangements, please email us to orders@plazabolivar.co

We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $250 within the continental United States.

When placing your order, please confirm that the shipping address is correct, as we are unable to intercept or reroute packages once in transit. Packages sent to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer. 

If an item is out of stock or marked 'pre-order', it shall be shipped as soon as it is available. We shall notify you as quickly as possible after your purchase in order to provide an estimate of availability and keep you updated on shipping dates. If you choose to opt out of the 'Signature Required' option at the time of checkout, you are assuming full responsibility for your delivery.
