RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to LOVE your Plaza Bolívar purchase!
In the event that an item doesn't fulfill your expectations, we shall issue a full refund as long as we're notified within 7 days of delivery, and items arrive back to us in their original condition postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Before proceeding with your return, please email us to email@example.com
We shall issue a refund in the original form of payment, once having received and inspected all items. In the case you'd rather, we may issue a store credit without expiration date.
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately so we can issue a return label and make all necessary arrangements for replacement.
If an item is returned due to a change in mind, you shall be responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges inquired. Please use a reputable carrier with tracking capabilities and insurance, as damage in transit, delayed packages and/or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer.
If approved returns are postmarked beyond 14-days from the original delivery date and is changed/delayed by you for an extended amount of time; items are sent back to us without our approval, or items are not returned in their original condition, Plaza Bolívar reserves the right to refuse the return and issue a refund.
All U.S orders are processed within 48-72 hours, pending credit card and address verification, and are shipped on Mondays and Fridays. Once your order has shipped, we shall send a confirmation email with tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. All orders placed on Friday, shall be shipped the following Monday.
We offer FedEx and UPS shipping options. Carrier will depend on the item size, weight, and shipping location. Larger items may require that we make special arrangements with you to ensure safe arrival. For any special shipping arrangements, please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org
We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $250 within the continental United States.
When placing your order, please confirm that the shipping address is correct, as we are unable to intercept or reroute packages once in transit. Packages sent to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is out of stock or marked 'pre-order', it shall be shipped as soon as it is available. We shall notify you as quickly as possible after your purchase in order to provide an estimate of availability and keep you updated on shipping dates. Please email us to email@example.com for any special arrangements or urgent, expedited needs.
If you choose to opt out of the 'Signature Required' option at the time of checkout, you are assuming full responsibility for your delivery.
MISSING ITEMS, DAMAGES & THEFT
If an item is damaged or missing, we require you notify us immediately upon receipt of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to start a claim, you must email us a detailed description of the issue, accompanied with photos of all sides of the packaging, interior of the packaging and the damaged goods. Please note, photos are required in order for us to accept a claim.
We shall contact the carrier to resolve insurance claims on issues that occur while in transit, up to the point of delivery. Damages or theft that might occur after delivery, are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse responsibility for any issues that may occur as a result of the refusal of packages, delays in notification, extended hold times at a facility, un-secure delivery locations, non-direct shipments, multiple redelivery attempts, or packages that may be sitting at their destination for extended periods of time, at the request of the customer, or due to delays on the customer's end, outside of our control.
"Special Order" items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed and such items are to be considered final sale.
Once these items have been received, we shall notify you via email in order to make the most convenient shipping arrangements.
Online sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination at check-out. Tax rates are variable based on state and local rates are subject to change. For tax exemption requests, please email us your reseller documentation to email@example.com. We will then issue an invoice, once it has been approved.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Discount codes or offers cannot be combined. Discounts are applied to the cost of merchandise only and cannot be applied to gift card purchases, previous purchases, shipping, transactional fees, and taxes. Exclusions may apply depending on the nature of the sale or promotion. With the exception of the 'Welcome Newsletter', promotional codes are considered final sale.
The information you provide us is strictly for our internal use. The information shared helps us keep things smoother for you, allowing us to keep digital records of your orders, or reach out to you with special offers and events related to Plaza Bolívar. We will never disclose any of your information to outside parties, and we are conservative with email newsletters and notifications. Your transactions and information are stored securely via Shopify and Mailchimp, and you may choose to opt out of email communications or cancel your online account at any time.
